Catherine's 6th Birthday

My favorite babysitter, her adorable cheerleader friends, and my daughter's 24 closest friends and family made this 6-year old's birthday party one that we won't ever forget!!

The New Home 2011

I can't believe that I did not take pictures before we demolished all of the walls and floors, but if you've ever been into a home that is 50+ years old and it hasn't been updated, then you have an idea of what our home looked like with dark wood paneling, Formica counter tops, and pink-tiled bathrooms. The house started at 2100 sq. ft., three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. We are looking to make it about 3500 sq. ft. with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a game room for the kiddos. My husband will be doing most of the work himself!

So the pictures are of the old master bedroom, the old dining room, which will become the new pantry/laundry room, and the old front door. Stay tuned for more updates!!
